Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use seveneightcreative.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with and what control you have over it.

Who we are
Seven Eight Creative (“Seven Eight”, “we”, “us”) is a stakeholder engagement company. We plan and execute rewards, recognition, merchandise, gifting, travel and experience programmes for businesses. Our corporate office is at 213/5, 1st Floor, 5th Main, 5th Cross Road, Ganganagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560032. This policy covers the information we handle through this website.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an engagement brief or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, work email, phone number, role, the stakeholder group you want to engage, your objective, estimated recipient numbers, budget range, required date, delivery locations and any notes you add.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we record technical and usage information: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you move through the site. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for this, and Google Tag Manager to load measurement tags. Microsoft Clarity records session playback and heatmaps. It captures clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and masks text entered into form fields by default.
These tools start when a page loads. We do not use them to show you advertising on this site.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include confidential commercial information in the brief form.
Why we use it
- To respond to your engagement brief and prepare a proposal
- To contact you about the programme you asked about
- To manage the relationship if you become a client
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We rely on your consent when you submit a form, on our legitimate interest in operating and improving this website, and on contractual necessity once we are working together.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our business:
- Google Workspace (Sheets and Gmail): every brief is saved to a private spreadsheet and emailed to the team members who follow up
- Vercel: hosts this website and processes standard server request logs
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console) and Microsoft (Clarity, Bing Webmaster Tools): website measurement and search reporting. Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools show us how the site appears in search results and do not collect information from your browser
- WhatsApp / Meta: if you choose to start a WhatsApp conversation with us, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy
Some of these providers process data outside India, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the provider’s own safeguards and contractual commitments.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Engagement briefs are retained in our enquiry records for as long as the enquiry is commercially live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Analytics data follows the retention period set in each platform.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses cookies and similar identifiers for two purposes: making the site work, and measuring how it is used. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Google Tag Manager loads tags but does not itself set cookies that identify you.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using the site. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and a browser set to block trackers will stop both tools from running.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information where we have no ongoing need to keep it
- Stop using your information for marketing
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
Email the address in the contact block below and we will action the request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the relevant data protection authority.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable processors to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
